.mp3s of the Week: Organos, Old Ceremony and more!

UPDATE: Originally I wrote that Schooner and The Old Ceremony were playing tonight. I was wrong: They played last week. But you should still go see Organos and enjoy both these .mp3s.

If you are in Raleigh, be sure to check out the Lump Gallery benefit happening tonight with Organos, which is the solo project of Schooner bass player Maria Albani. There will also be a DJ set by Jamie Stewart of Xiu Xiu, and a video/performance from Neill Prewitt (Yuxtapongo) with guests. This track is from her new CD, "The Limbs."

"Lazy Lessons" by Organos

I picked this .mp3 from The Old Ceremony because I love hearing Django, who spent a year teaching in China, sing in Chinese. It's from their upcoming CD, "The Tender Age," which will be out Sept. 17.

"Guo Qu" by The Old Ceremony

Finally, you can listen to and purchase "The Letting Go," the new three-song EP from Mount Moriah here.
