This week's cool shows: Slim's 10-year anniversary and more!

THIS WEEK'S SHOWS (The Vibekillers) Wednesday, April 22: Saint Solitude, the Cave One-man band from Asheville. Dup Crusson plays guitar and keyboards at the same time and describes himself as Billy Corgan's birthmarks, Morrissey's gladiolas, Neko Case's animal dreams, Ian McCulloch's hair products, the church that R.E.M. used to live and rehearse in, and Richey Manic's razorblade. I think the Ian McCulloch and Morrissey references are the most appropriate. This is the early show. The Cave's late show for tonight features Embarrassing Fruits and ,a href="http://www.myspace.com/polynyapolynya">Polynya.
