Downtown Event Center closing -- Venue needed for Earth show.

Well, this really shouldn't be a surprise to anyone, considering
recent events. It also seems like that space is permanently jinxed.
Anyway, if you can help out with the show, please do so. Here's the
message Mike Dillon just put out on Myspace:

Hello everyone,

this has been a hairline shattering last couple of days my friends! I
found out that Downtown Event Center, whatever you want to call it, is
closed down! It appears that way to me, so thats how im calling it.

I had to cancel the awesome EARTH show w/ Des Ark and In The Year of
the Pig and US CHRISTMAS, which was gonna be my last show there
anyways.

So I'm looking to relocate this show cos EARTH still wants to play. It
may be at Katmandu, it may be at YOUR HOUSE (?) or some where else.
I'm gonna be trying to figure this out all day.

OR IDEAS THEY CAN CONTRIBUTE, PLEASE CONTACT ME ASAP!!
