Free Rosebuds remix!

The Rosebuds released a "dark, sexy, danceable" record entitled Night of the Furies in the spring of 2007. Thursday, April 10, marks the one-year anniversary of the release of that record.

Night of the Furies contains songs of despair and loss that roused the musical friends of Ivan and Kelly to present them with personal reconstructions of these dark tales. The resulting assortment of dance tunes and lullabies delighted the pair and inspired them to release Sweet Beats, Troubled Sleep (Night of the Furies Remixed) in the Merge store as a free download.

Remixers include Roger O'Donnell (The Cure, The Psychedelic Furs), Justin Vernon (Bon Iver), Mac McCaughan (Portastatic), and other wonderfully mysterious gentlemen.
